Competition Mobility Stations Osnabrück
We won the 1st prize in the competition for the design of modular components for Mobility Stations organised by the City of Osnabrück and Stadtwerke Osnabrück. The jury unanimously decided for our design solution. The elements are cubistically constructed and enable various services including a kiosk. Each of the areas, e.g. charging or bicycle station, has been assigned different colours for a better recognition by the user.
“The Stocker Design differentiated significantly from the other designs submitted”, said the jury while announcing the winner. The design was not only practicable but also represented an optical landmark. The other designs could not combine both requirements as successful as the winner did.
The innovative 3D-metal printer ORLAS CREATOR is the next step in the development of additive manufacturing technology. The system features a highest print quality and extraordinary functionality. An innovative build-platform design enables up to 30% faster production speeds compared with traditional platforms. The CREATOR is controlled by an in-house developed software and a latest user-friendly interface technology. The platform convinces not least because of its modern design using precious materials and smart detailed solutions. Its compact housing as well as low investment costs makes the system cost-attractive alternative to small and medium-sized enterprises.
GUI Board Computer
Conceptual development and design implementation of user navigation through all application processes of a board computer (e.g. system configuration, route/timetable, ticketing, monitoring of vehicle). Complex content displayed on three horizontal movable surfaces.
Laser cutting unit with 3kW power output and with workspace of 1×1 meter. A special innovation is the development of foldable and sliding door which enables an easy operation and loading.
Development of an intuitive user interface for the complete 3D printing process. The installation space is an interactive user interface, diverse parameters can be configured and adjusted directly. The operation is possible only in the online mode, while offline mode allows monitoring even multiple devices thanks to the cloud manufacturing.
Laser station for marking and engraving. The unit is able to process workpieces up to 1000 kg with max. lettering field size 700×700 mm. Five dynamic axes enable most accurate processing at very high speed. The system is equipped with solid granite plate ensuring vibration-free processing. A maximum flexibility is guaranteed by an axis of rotation and a rotary table. The aesthetic design embodies the character of a dynamic and innovative machine tool considering cost-neutral manufacturing possibilities.
The IQ Laser was especially developed to carry out a punctual and small repairs on site, e.g. on an injection moulding machine. Thanks to the 5 meter long fibre optic line each point of the large component parts can be reached. The ergonomic shaped grip of the handheld laser enables variable adjustment between 0 – 90°.
The complete user interface was developed for new controlling and operating of all laser welding systems. Design of graphics, control elements and symbol drawings. Connection of user-interface and hardware in ergonomic housing for operation directly at the device or via handheld.
The trivet CHROMOZONE is both in one: a problem solver and also perfect addition to a table setting. Material mix made of stainless steel combined with coloured silicon. The combination of materials brings colour on the table. Available in four different colours.
e-mobility station, LVB Leipzig
The information pillar “mobile Leipzig – new ways for the public mobility” is a new platform of krauth technology which connects both intermodal transport and information services. It sets standards for integrated mobility enabling a connection between public transport and two other transport providers at existing network points in Leipzig. Already in the call for bids we could deliver a detailed draft which came very close to the series product and enabled short project duration.
