Metal 3D printer INFINITY

The metal 3D printer INFINITY makes a component size of up to 50x50x50 cm possible. Separate trolleys are either way driven into the machine as powder tank or build area. The machine is monitored and controlled through the five monitors that are integrated into the sliding door. The User interface, that has especially been developed for the machine, enables the user to monitor the clearly arranged figures, to closely follow each step and to manipulate various parameters at any time. The innovation of the machine is reflected in the modern design of the machine and the interface.

Controller CONiQ

Marking Laser ORLAS STATION

Laser station for marking and engraving. The unit is able to process workpieces up to 1000 kg with max. lettering field size 700×700 mm. Five dynamic axes enable most accurate processing at very high speed. The system is equipped with solid granite plate ensuring vibration-free processing. iQ-Laser

The IQ Laser was especially developed to carry out a punctual and small repairs on site, e.g. on an injection moulding machine. MAG & MAG Box

Small laser unit, especially of interest to companies as an addition to already existing bigger laser systems.  Installed in a stable carrying case what makes it easy to transport. Because of its flexibility the unit is suitable for components of any size.
This engraving system enables processing small components of up to 10 kg. Thanks to its enclosed housing  the laser unit can be used without further safety precautions. The automatic lettering field is sized at 130 x 130 mm.
