ORLAS STATION

Laser station for marking and engraving. The unit is able to process workpieces up to 1000 kg with max. lettering field size 700×700 mm. Five dynamic axes enable most accurate processing at very high speed. The system is equipped with solid granite plate ensuring vibration-free processing. A maximum flexibility is guaranteed by an axis of rotation and a rotary table. The aesthetic design embodies the character of a dynamic and innovative machine tool considering cost-neutral manufacturing possibilities.

iQ-Laser

The IQ Laser was especially developed to carry out a punctual and small repairs on site, e.g. on an injection moulding machine. Thanks to the 5 meter long fibre optic line each point of the large component parts can be reached. The ergonomic shaped grip of the handheld laser enables variable adjustment between 0 – 90°.

Development of a device line for OEM A/C service unit. A plastic deep molded cover for various brands will be placed on a sturdy metal chassis. The functional elements such as hose holder and display instruments are integrated in the plastic mould.

MAG & MAG Box

Small laser unit, especially of interest to companies as an addition to already existing bigger laser systems.  Installed in a stable carrying case what makes it easy to transport. Because of its flexibility the unit is suitable for components of any size.
This engraving system enables processing small components of up to 10 kg. Thanks to its enclosed housing  the laser unit can be used without further safety precautions. The automatic lettering field is sized at 130 x 130 mm.

Wheel balancer

The increased requirements on modern wheel balancing places special demands on technology and operating staff as well as design, ergonomics and haptic. This ideal solution is very space-saving and guarantee an optimal access to the workpiece. The patented wheel guard reduces space requirements inside the workshop to a minimum.
